After 15 years in separate locations, we are announcing that our specialty practice, Athens Neuro & Balance Rehabilitation, will unite with Athens Physical Therapy at 195 Miles Street, Athens, GA 30601. Athens Neurological Associates is growing and plans to expand their services into our Baxter address. We feel that this is a perfect time to merge all of the therapy services we offer in Athens into one address.
Our doors will open on MONDAY, MARCH 30 with all of our Athens physical therapists, occupational therapist, and staff ready to receive patients. While the location has changed, already scheduled appointment times will not change!
Please familiarize yourself with our new location and allow adequate travel time in order to arrive at your scheduled appointment time.
We look forward to this merger and hope that these changes will allow us to offer you even more comprehensive care during your time as a patient, as you transition to the RxGym, and back into your life.

Coming from the Loop:
- We are located 0.5 miles from the Chase St. (13) exit as you head back into town.
- You will TURN RIGHT onto Miles Street and we are located on the left-hand side behind Maepole restaurant.
- Landmarks include a “Twice the Ice” machine, Carters Food Service Equipment, and Maepole restaurant (look for a bright mural of fruits and vegetables).
Coming from town via Prince Ave.:
- We are located 0.6 miles from the Prince Avenue and Chase Street intersection as you are driving north towards the loop.
- You will TURN LEFT onto Miles Street and we are located on the left-hand side behind Maepole restaurant.
- Landmarks include Maepole restaurant (you will see a bright mural of fruits and vegetables once you make the turn onto Miles Street), a “Twice the Ice” machine, and Carters Food Service Equipment.
